Ordering
Every order received is hand-made upon receipt of order. My products aren't mass produced which ensures a higher concentration of ingredients and therefore fast acting effective results.
Dispatch
Please allow up to 5 days of creation before your order is sent. This allows me the time to make sure the formula is perfected for concentration and consistency. Expect this to be slightly longer during sales/fly season due to a high number of orders coming through.
Postage Service
Every item is sent with Royal Mail tracked 48.
Returns
Returns aren't accepted due to the nature of the products. Please ensure you're happy with your order before it is completed. Any items damaged in the delivery process will be replaced.
Bespoke Items
If there is a certain product or products you are currently using that you would like me to replicate I am able to do so. I can also research ailments and issues you could be facing to find a plant based solution to your horses/ponies needs. A few of my products have being created this way which are now part of my core range.
